As a Member of the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach since 2003, Sue has had to meet rigorous training and continuing education standards in her coaching work. Under the American Board of NLP, Sue is a Master NLP Coach and Master Hypnotherapist and her expertise in this area is augmented by her years of coaching education and practice. She is now one of the very few Board Certified NLP Trainers operating as an ABNLP Accredited Training Institute in Canada.

Sue combines her extensive coaching experience with her corporate background and community-building work to help model a new leadership paradigm.
With an MBA from York University and a successful career at Unilever Canada as a chemist, sales manager, marketing manager and internal auditor, she has an in-depth knowledge of corporate systems and understands what organizations need to succeed.
